First off you dont HAVE to pay to revive, you can just bite the bullet and wait for an hour while playing another toon.
Yes you are hunted from the start by other players and yes you lose every single item when you die.
Yes there are a lot of extreme pvpers in this game that will use any possible strategy to kill you thinking they are smart (they will ask for help, try to group and help you at first, wait in places with good loot, join private pve servers and so on).
In a way thats bad, but in a way it makes the experience of playing this game kinda special.
You cant trust anyone and you are helpless when you start, so you will be sneaking around fearing your own shadow while trying to get some pathetic loot just not to die from hunger and thirst.
Pure survival game that makes you feel like you are really there.
Avoid places with good loot, you can find decent loot in any place and once you do, go back to a settlement and deposit it in your vault, it can be used by any of your toons and you dont lose it when you die.
You can and will find lots of guns eventually. There are halfway decent loot places that are free of pvp hunters, explore the map to find them, start there and work your way up slowly.

Now plz tell me what the verdict by the majority says ?
Now, play the game first before judging it,I hated this game until it was on sale and I said why not... ANd the game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing so..... don't knock it untill you try it.
Ur bad.
nah your just not doing it right.
just join one of the many free pve servers and you'll not have to worry about other players.
and if if you like to play with a group just join one of the many clans.
and you only pay with gold if you want to instantly revive the survivor you are playing and dont want to wait one hour. its easy enough to switch to another survivor and instantly go back and pick up your stuff it remains in the same server for a some time.
i personally keep a number of survivors all at different levels. i have my main survivor that i send out for hard jobs, and the one im building up and the one i sent out in case one of my survivers dies to pick up my stuff.
just be a regular and when you die ask others not to take your stuff or to pick it up for you and bring it back to a safezone.
this game is all about teamwork, well unless u want to go solo...
i finally bought it the other day while it was on sale and so far im having loads of fun. the game plays, runs, sounds and looks great on my computer.
keep drinking the kool-aid
Well, if you let the majority make your decisions for you, your not going to enjoy much of your life. Find out stuff on your own. Its called.. experiencing life.
