Every player that is banned can appeal against his ban, and get that ban revoked, if he's legit player.

PVPing won't get you banned if you are legit player. If you are a hacker, anything you do can make you banned.

I'm PVPing every day, and nothing happened to me, so there's nothing to worry about.

Again a serious issue with moderation, First you say that false positiv can happen, then that pvp wont get you banned. So how can you get ban Oo, I am crazy or what ?
Moderators don't have to take part of a discussion, we allready talk about it too, you have to follow What sergei asked : Read fundation post dude, under moderator section. And stop closing thread like that.
