That is the WarZ, it is a scam as evidenced by your post, you've been scammed.
Buys it, can't play it, gets scammed.
Woot.
First Clue: Steam no longer sells it, and it was higly promoted for christmas less then a month ago....giant red flag.
Order of events for me: Saw the Steam Page, scrolled, saw the terrible meta score, went to comunity page, saw all the terrible game posts and issues people were having.
DIDNT BUY THE GAME.
Going to go back to trying to figure out how to do anything in DayZ, XD
First off you should check your bank account to see if they actually did take your money. If no, then there's no problem really. Otherwise initiate a conversation with Xsolla. Contact customer support like they told you.
If they give you trouble and you're in the appropriate country, I've heard people have had luck sorting things out with Xsolla by contacting BBB.

The idea behind the game seems great. It seems if you get a group with voice chat it can be quite fun. Spoke to them, seems they are having issues with Paypal. Chances are they don't like using them due to many players asking for refunds.
I heard quite a few people on the forums say xsolla support outright told them they didnt want to deal with paypal anymore. I think paypal actually blacklisted them for a bit due to refunds. you may want to check with paypal. They may have blocked it.
Good luck- wether you buy the game or not.
You didn't say whether you bought with a credit card / debit card or with paypal. Either way, you might want to check with your payment source - there are several threads where people have stated that the bank / paypal wanted confirmation before issueing funds to Xsolla.
Nice try Xsolla... Oh wait... * APPLAUDS*
Its not a scam open your eyes and read a dictionary you apparently need help understanding what that word means.
