Once you get connected to an agent, ask for a refund.
They're going to ask you for your Order # when you purchased the game, if you don't have it, you can supply them with the email you used.

They will probably then ask you why you're asking for the refund. *Important Step*
State that the game is unplayable, your computer is up to date, and the game does not work.

They then will give you some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about them blocking you, hit ok.. (No one really uses Xsolla besides this scam of a "game")

You should get a refund instantly, or up to 5 business days.

This thread will probably get deleted, and Ill probably get banned. This will be posted on the Steam Discussion, the /r/gaming and /r/TheWarZ reddits.

if you want to try, dont try on Steam ( i assume you know why). Try retail or their own website or something. I bought Legend b4, and ask for refund after several days investing in this unplayable game. Got refund --> happy --> spreading the words about this piece of crap

It's bad.
Full of lies, I bought the game day one of "Alpha" and I knew it was a fake.
Honestly, the Zombies didn't even move.
If you said anything against it, the response was "THE GAME IS IN ALPHA, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?"
For a game that has "Been in development for 2 years" my ass...

Yeah, this is the none steam way of doing it. Mainly for people who bought it in "alpha"
