dayz fanboy vs warz

Was a dayz fanboy finally bought this game....wow despite all comments/warnings. I'm impressed. I'd say its still beta state but worth the 15 $ for sure. Dayz is more hardcore way to extreme. Some may like that but if I get hit by a zombie in warz I don't feel as if I'm doomed fron dmg or bleeding out. Warz is hard but more forgiving. The zombies are actually killable but still a threat. Seemed like dayz had super sonic zombies crazy ♥♥♥ hearing vision and strength imo. All in all warz changed my views and thoughts. I'm not continuosly running and after an hour and half dien from a bleedout. Theres things I would change with warz but overall it beats dayz. Dont b scared to give it a chance guys...I was....I finally did and I'm glad

▲▲▲ in my several hours of gameplay yet to see this but I did get a crash in my 4 or 5 hours of play. All was fine no biggie

Well lets pretend that the game will never get another patch or update. And lets say that nothing will ever be differnt. If that were the case I'd say that for 15$ as of right now I'd b happy and a good game addicting and 8/10 for price/performance ratio. Not a AAA title. But they r still updating and patching so I'd say 15 $ its a steal. Just my opinion

well about time someone who actually plays DayZ came along and pointed out that the two games are completely different.
yes, Dayz is more hardcore and extreme.
Personally I like the hardcore and extremeness of DayZ, and don't much like the arcadey small-map feel of war z, or the cash shop.
I've been saying for ages that there's no reason why people have to hate one game just because they like the other.
Some people like both.

I'd say the $15 for the game in its current state is worth trying, but not with the current hacker situation. its cheap, its a budget game. It actually used to be better, before they started arsing around with the loot tables and mele etc.

And that leaves aside the greivances of 1000s of players who paid up to $50 for something advertised as a zombie survival mmo witrh bigger maps than dayz, and stronghold servers paid for up fron (which we never got).

Personally I prefer the developers at BI and Dean Hall to the scumbags at Hammerpoint and sergey titov.

But as a fellow DayZ player, I'll agree that if DayZ is to hardcore or extreme, WarZ might fill the gap.

If you do want to buy it, do read all the comments, reviews and warnings and make an educated purchase like Yabizar did (as mentioned in his other post)

200 Plus hours only one crash. I absolutly love this game, I've been playing it for months. I recently bought Arma 2 and tried DayZ, I did not like it at all, the zombie detection system is bad in WarZ but in DayZ it even worse. I would be crouching beside zombies 4 feet in from of me and they would totally ignore me, but then i look down the road and there are like 40 zombies sprinting full speed at me. made it impossible to loot.

yea, LOL. where did the zombie apocalypse start, with the kenyan olympic running team ;)

you have to admit, zombies in both games leave an awful lot to be desired.
