The support site for War Z usually lists known hackers. *Not sure if it is a full list, or just posting as they find them..*

I'm pretty sure I had a run in with this dude. 20arromba, can't be 100% sure, cuz it happened several days ago, but I think it was that name. I swear the guy had frickin aimbot or something. O.o

Ive only run into two people I knew for certain were hacking (I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt instead of screaming hacker every time I get killed). One of them teleported infront of me and one shotted me with a mossberge. The other was killing people inside the safe zone.

To be honest the easier way to find a hacker list is to look at the leader boards. While you can't be 100% sure, if you see someone with 900+ survivor kills it isn't a bad idea to stay away.

I like to shout "HACK!" when I get randomly killed, however I am not quick to honestly mean it.. I just yell it for fun. It's technically better than spewing profanities like I normally do... :D

I dunno, but I swear I was ganked by some hackers at Tylers farm. I scouted the full perimeter of the area, my kid was covering me. I went into the barn to grab some loot, then bam, this guy just appears out of nowhere and kills me. I mean, I seriously wouldn't have had much of a problem with it, but I had done a full perimeter check, there was no one around. So hows that explained. I mean I don't just go running willy nilly into a building, or any area without sweeping it, and scoping it first. Luckily all he got was what was spawned there anyways, and a bag of chips. The thing that really got me was my kid, and I watched this, was hidden, and unnotticed by them, fired several rounds, they were sighted properly and all that, he's not a noob. and didn't sweet f all to them. They weren't armored, nothing.

Can suddenly people climb trees now? I was playing with a friend the other day, and he mentioned someone came down, killed and looted, then climbed right on back up.

Ok, first of all... That is absolutely awesome that you play this with your kid. Second of all... You so totally said "willy nilly" ... I thought I was the last person alive using that phrase!

Now for the important part, the person who got you might have logged out in that area, and spawned in at that moment. But, with the guy not dying after your kid blasted at them.... That is bogus. I have had 1 instance of me getting "spawn camped"... I haven't thought of a better term since it's not like they can really camp your spawn locations.. But either way, they were there and blasted me right as I had loaded in, saw the world for less than 2ms. Then "You were killed by ...." I don't even remember the guys name I was so mad. Not that it has anything to do with people hacking...

Yah, I've had that happen more times then I can count. Thing is, if I'm, IE, inside a barn, and I jump servers, I NEVER respawn in the barn, it's somewhre in the woods, those guys wouldn't have got past my boy, not a chance, so something was indeed bogus there.

they actually didnt kill me but im pretty sure they do hack. like getting shot and not dying. that kind of hack. i didnt encounter the dude but he had left before, the guy with him i dont think had hacks cause my friend ended up gunning him down. but still you cant be too sure. btw keep your eyes open for these dudes in a server, they will camp near a settlement and kill you as you leave or enter. honestly people it is pvp and pve and all but you really want to be known as a someone that does that. its survival but thats just sad.
