really...this Game is the biggest crap i have ever seen....Metascore 20/100? normaly 5/100....such a big shame!!!! plz ban it from Steam!

They've attacked youtube account which had very little subs, just cause user released a video which was attacking the game. The copyright claim still remains to this day, this happened quite recently.

Yep, still arse holes, moving along.

That is exactly what these guys have done. They sold a product, indicating clearly that it had "x", "y" and "z" features in it, but they never did.

As for supposedly fixing the game, these guys actually managed to make it worse in every patch. Each patch fixed one thing, but then broke two more. Everytime they attempted to optimise the game, people noticed how much worse it got.

Even today, it still advertises things as doing "this", but in actual fact, the game doesn't do it.

Somewhat bait and switch for myself and others as well. I bought the game because it had actual ZOMBIES and literally said they would be the shambling, dead body zombies, not infected monster crap. Actual survival game and hardcore mode were the top selling points for me after the zombie feature... all 3 of which are up in smoke now... Then take into account Sergey says the game isn't about zombies and the community relations says it's just a free for all griefing game... yeah, definitely not what I bought.

Sometimes, you just don't need to play a certain game, you just know it's bad. Heck, I don't care how good this game really is, its history is so infamous...why the hell would anyone want to touch the game after that?

just go to your meta critc and play your crappy games that have high reviews but really suck ass ive seen low reveiws for great games then high reviews for games that are utter trash but keep letting other people think for you you mindless drone and sometimes you dont have to really talk to a person to see just how ignorant they really are thanks for showing me that bud...

This Game aint really that bad like the first day i got it whichs 2 days ago i found an m16 and got lots of food and medicine and found 4 clips for the gun and i even went into the most populated zombie places and shot them up this game aint for being a tryhard no life whichs most of you are its more for fun

People who use metacritic to make all game purchases probably do the same with imdb for movies. Oh how many movies I love I would have missed if I was that media zombiefied.

Tv news is real and never lies, it is 100% ok to take face value while trusting a politician, all hollywood movies are true stories and warz/infestation is nowhere near as bad NOW as what all the people who have only read how bad it WAS actually say.

Only one of the statements in the middle paragraph is true

The developers are idiots... The game used to suck... But the frequent updates since the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Alpha stage have actually made this a really good game! Sure, it needs polish here and there, but all in all, it is an excellent game. I dont really trust Hammerpoint myself, but they havent been doing too bad recently, as they've been adding user suggestions quite often. So please, if you're going to hate the game, give it a go first at least, for god's sake. :P
