Infestation.exe has stopped working? Help?
Happens every time i join to Colorado. Caliwood works fine. It loads only a bit and then crashes. :( Help?

verify game cache

post details about your hardware (cpu, gpu, memory) and os (windows version n if 32/64 bits)

make sure windows, drivers, c/c++ runtime, .net runtime, directx runtime, etc are all updated


good place to start is by checking for errors in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\The War Z\r3dlog.txt

Hi! Thanks for the fast response, i don't believe its anything to do with missing softwares tho, everything's fine said above. I've played this game for 630 hours and suddenly after the newest patch Colorado just stopped working.

Specs:
i7 3770k
8GB RAM
MSI GTX 660

go to windows application/system log and post the error that windows records.


ok try renaming

C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Arktos

to like

C:/Users/<username>/Documents/Arktos.org

and see if issue goes away

if that does not work try deleting local copy and deleting C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Arktos and reinstalling from scratch


if u continue to have problems contact hammerpoint support

Yes, i fixed it by deleting appdata/local/arktos folder (its hidden, so you have to enable hidden folders)

We regret to inform you that Infestation Survivor Stories Classic will officially shut down December 15th, 2016. ISS Classic will continue to operate up until this date but as of midnight all servers will be shut down permanently. All GC purchase options have already been disabled, and the game is no longer available for purchase on Steam.

It has been a wild 4 year ride of full of memories and amazing gaming experiences but unfortunately the game is no longer able to sustain enough players to keep itself online. We are very grateful for the awesome community we have and all of your suggestions and feedback that helped make this game a place many players were proud to call home for many years. We urge all players to spend any remaining GC balances they may have and try to have as much fun as you can before the servers are shut down. Thanks for all the wonderful memories everyone :)

Me ajuda com esse erro pf. eu estava no meio do jogo, quando ele crashou e depois não entrou mais, fica aparecendo esse erro...
