We apologize for the issue that you are experiencing. As disconnecting from the server can occur as a result of many different reasons, we would like to provide the following suggestions in order to attempt to resolve this issue.

1.) Server Downtime - Occasionally, there may be server down time during updates, or when servers are experiencing issues. When this happens, we recommend that you try to connect again at a later time.

2.) Internet Connection - The issue may lie in your ISP. Please make sure that you are not experiencing any issues with your internet connection. We recommend using www.speedtest.net to test your connection. A high ping may be the cause of the issue.

3.) Router Issue - If you are using a router, there may be an issue. Cycling your router by unplugging it, waiting about 10 seconds, and then plugging it back in may help to resolve this issue.

4.) Re-installing Client - If all else fails, reinstalling the game can also help to bypass this issue. If the installer is still on your computer, you can uninstall by using the add/remove programs function that can be found under "computer". After that, run the installer. If you do not have the installer, you can download it again by visiting http://infestationmmo.com/download/.
