A new update for the BECROWNED demo is now available. This update includes combat improvements, technical and QoL changes, visual upgrades, and the addition of difficulty selection.

• Improved overall rendering quality

• Improved the visual look of several locations

• Added blinking and eye movement for the main character and other characters

• Improved the main character’s walking and running animations

• Added a new visual damage system for the main character and enemies

• Increased draw distance

• Added visual effects when healing the main character

• General audio improvements

• Adjusted the volume of certain sound effects

• Added difficulty selection

• Added new Display and Game sections to the settings menu

• Added the ability to open the settings menu during gameplay

• General gameplay balance improvements

• Dialogue choices are now protected from accidental player inputs

• General movement improvements

• Added D-pad movement support for tank controls

• QoL improvements for inventory interactions

• Improved dog monster behavior

• General combat improvements, including better hit impact and improved visual effects during combat

• Changed the save point location in the Castle Outskirts area

• Increased the penalty for solving the dead pilgrims puzzle incorrectly

• General improvements to in-game cameras

• Added protection against the main character taking damage during transitions between locations

• Improved radio interactions

• Improved the Notes menu UI

• General game optimization

• Fixed collision issues with certain objects
