打開遊戲沒有音樂也沒有音效

玩了手机端过来的，想问一下电脑上为什么会出现这种问题，如果是bug请尽快修复谢谢！

I have done absolutely all main and side quests. I have completed all companion quests. I have completed all quests for the characters for factories, etc. I have gotten recipes from defeating pirates, and I have bought recipes from the guy in Mexico City. Unlocked all ingredients. I am somehow still missing 4 recipes, I really want to be a completion-ist with this game but I cannot find any guides anywhere, how do I get the 4 missing recipes???...

I am in Tokyo, and I have built the factories needed to produce tofu, there is tofu available in the market and a +10 production to tofu. however, when I try to cook a tofu recipe, it is listed as "unavailable" due to the recipe lacking local ingredients. and the tofu ingredient is blanked out like I haven't discovered it yet. I tried buying and then reselling the tofu. Not sure what to do???...
