I found this file in the game folder and it contains all the enemy hp values, i was wondering, if i change them and save the file then start a new campaign, will all the enemies have the new values applied to them and if so my friends will be able to still join my server without any issues right?

These are map settings, though very few maps choose to change the default settings of these, therefore you can likely edit them in "default_map_settings.cfg" and they'll apply to 99% of maps.

Changes to this file only apply to NPCs where maps haven't explicitly set an NPC's HP in its entity, or has its own skill configuration file.

so i should look into the maps folder and change that? i'm basically tring to counter the hp scaling in the game and make it easier....
