Can you host and invite friend trought to steam?

I just wanted to ask if this possible.... like other features from anothers games on steam, like stardew valley you enter a world and send invite a friend trought steam.

Is possible here on Sven-Coop? or do i have to open ports, and make another lots things before to invite a friend?.

No, you dont need to open ports to host the server just for friends. You can easily create a game from main menu and let friends join in. However, you need to give out your SteamID to your friends in order for them to connect to your server. Inviting friends using Steam is not going to work.
