How do i spawn Different ally grunts
soo i know how to spawn a normal one ( create monster_human_grunt_ally ) but i dont know how to change his weapon
ex1: i want him to get a Shotgun or M16
ex2:I want to change his health bar

You can't. The create command is just for debugging purposes.
