I need help with downloading a mod for Sven Co-op

Lets get the first thing out of the way, I am a youtuber. And I have been recording Cry of Fear for my youtube channel. While in the series I have learned about a game called Afraid of Monsters, and have been wanting to download it for another seires for youtube. It says I need Half-Life 1, but I found a website that can download the mod for Sven Co-op. The only problem is when I try to go into my folders, there is no steam apps folder. The only things that show up are Steam, and Steam Support Center. Is there ANY possible way to solve this problem. If it helps, I have Windows 10, and it is a brand new laptop.

There should be a steamapps folder somewhere, no idea where it would be on windows 10, but I can help with the installing of AOM:DC for sven, just right click sven co-op in your library > Properties > local files > Browse local files and there should be the sven folder, drop the AOM:DC stuff into svencoop_addons and you're set!

Edit : Also the website you're talking about, is it scmapdatabase? or was it the sven co-op forums as there is a updated version there of AOMDC

It was the scmapdatabase, and thank you so much for helping me find my steamapps folder, and all the other folders I need to get this mod!

Yeah, you're welcome, it's confusing at first to install mods n such but yeah, easy once you know that little trick.
