how do I fix this? This always happens when I play custom maps (it doesnt happen immediately but it will happen after some time)

that's a new one, what maps are you playing and did you mess with that command or not?

That error message implies that the map's BSP tree itself is broken, it's an engine failsafe check from the Quake era that is meant to prevent it from iterating over BSP nodes that don't exist.

would deleting then installing the maps fix the problem?

Possibly, no guarantees that it'll work though, especially if the original BSPs are broken to begin with. Which maps does this happen for anyway, like are we talking official or custom/community maps here?

Well, almost every maps (including official) got this error a week ago. It might be my fault tbh since I was doing random sht with the files.

as soon as i moved the addons folder into the other place, it is confirmed that IT IS the culprit
