Grenade jump glitch

I saw people reviving a cooked grenade, and then using the healer to launch themselves in the air, normally it only boosts you a bit, but some of them said you need to "stop the game" to really get a high velocity... anyone knows how to do that?

Why he should stop? If you play on hardcore server with 1 hp, then it's very useful because everything instakills you on sight.

Why so butthurt? Half-life engine was always abused and that made it fun to play. Bhop was never made intentional. It's an exploit and now people love it.

You need a grenade, throw it and use rmb on it as fast as possible, then you will boost yourself, but how to do it higher idk

let me explain what happen when you alt tab out of the game , when ever you you revive the grenade with the medkit normally it would push a bit you back but by just alt tab out of the game or minimize which make you freeze in middle air for other people then the game multiply the push effect untill you return (it also depend on what angle you freeze youself in and crowbar boost with this also exist) but you have to do this frame perfect tho

ye what the guy above me explained is with freezing the game.
and it works "normally" with just reviving the grenade, on directly perpendicular surfaces.
if you played hl maps for long you will find those places
