Still any hope on reviving Sven Coop 2?

I know Sven Coop is still under heavy development and is active on updates, but is there any hope someday on reviving SC2, which was cancelled?

I know Synergy exists but that game is died so hard due to Gmod and lack of updates, that it's just sad.

There's Obsidian Conflict, which is being worked currently. They're the closest mod that what SC2 would be in Source1 IMO.

We have this thread quite often now, and...

Either way, about Obsidian Conflict and Synergy, last time I checked was 2 years ago and they were struggling a bit with compativility, but still enjoyable.
