Can't select mission

I've only started playing the game and there is an orange box telling me to open the map and select the mission but i can't select it. It says space bar is suposed to select but it doesnt react. Anyone else with this issue and anyone that knows how to fix it?

the mouse is off.same in menu when I hover above options it does nothing but when I move the mouse coupe cm to the right it selects the option.the same in map also.

restarting the game helps.I think it hapens when you alt tabbing from game to desktop alot

For anybody else late to this game, I had the same thing.

It does work, it's just hard to do.

You need to click somewhere around where the bull head symbol is.
It's a really small area and you'll never get it 1st or even 20th time.

Once you get that area, you then have the same problem with the town;
you've got to place a way point in just the right place or it won't advance the tutorial.

Yes but that not the problem.
I can select the mission on the map but when i hit SPACE it doesnt do crap. So im stuck witch an orange box, with no minimap and ability to properalt aim cuz the box coveres the dot for aiming.
Any other advice ?

Im also having the same issue as you, im pressing space to select it but i cant.

utter monkey has created the menus. incredibly idiotic thing to encounter in 21 century. fire the front end dev

Fix for this thing is actually to change resolution back to 1280x720 and the mouse will nolonger be offset, do this kind of missions like that, and revert back to desired resoultion afterwards.

Started playing this recently as it’s just sat in my library and wow this just might make me uninstall. Having to swap between 1440p back to 720 just to accept a mission each time is autistic. Holy ♥♥♥♥

Thx this worked for me, no need to change resolution. But yea very tricky and really poor UI for the map.
