Game runs in Slow Motion?
Specs:

16 GB RAM
AMD FX 8350 CPU
AMD R9 380 X Graphic Card

The game runs in slow motion and stutters horribly. It worked fine before January, I didnt play it and returned to continue my savegame but now I got this problem.

Starting a new game didnt help, making a factory reset on my PC didnt help. I did upgrade my PC recently (changed CPU and graphics card) but all other games run perfectly. made a BIOS update and everything. The game ws running ok before the change, but not now. I tried installing other games like GTA 5 and they run perfectly fine, this one just runs in slow motion. The stuttering is extreme. Game is unplayable.

At first, I thought maybe I did a mistake when putting in the new CPU or graphics card, but after numerous perfomance tests and running many games, I saw every other game is running fine on my system. Something makes Just Cause 3 impossible to run on my PC.
I can't even run it on the lowest settings. Please help. :(

as for performance there's nothing you can do. the game runs bad on medium range cards on 1080p, and even worse on amd graphics i heard.

...or, if you have a second HDD, make sure windows uses that for your pagefile.
It fixed my stuttering.

Same system, but I have only 8GB (FX8530 + R9 380 4GB + 8GB DDR 3 2133MHz + 2 HDD's, one for the game, the other for the pagefile (set manually to 10GB)

DONT RUN ANY PROGRAMS THAT DO SCREEN CAPTURE OR OVERLAY THIS WILL CAUSES STUTTERS..



Optimize pc get rid of stutters

STEP 1.a Download Game booster by razor google it . Use the boost option this will optimize ram by free as much as possible this will make performance on pc .

step 2 in game settings lower them to lowest settings

step 3 FOR ANYONE With Google Chrome . Attention Go to more tools and use the task manager in Google chrome shutdwon alld the processes. If u dont hanve a task manager in google chrome uu need to enable it .Shuttdown all the processes in there They will cause Just Cause 3 to stutter If there not fixed.

step 4 if your not using 15.7.1 whql driver uninstall what u have now .use the amd catalyst uninstaller in control panel. reboot your computer this is necessary to avoid any issues my pc has ran for 5yrs now so follow these instructions. reboot pc then move to next step 5

Step 5 Download amd cleanup utitity run that removes all traces of amd driver . REboot again.



STEP 6 GO HERE GET THE 15.7.1 THESE ARE WHQL http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy3&os=Windows+10+-+64 <-----------best driver on the amd platform tested to determine this running the JUST CAUSE 3 APP. IMPROVES PERFORMANCE ON AMD PLATFORMS
STEP 1 WILL HAVE TO BE DONE TO GET optimized PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS

PERFORMANCE HITS WILL HAPPEN IF YOU DO THE FOLLOWING CTRL+TAB
Dont run any programs that involve fps capture .Afterburner , fraps close them out.


IF GAME IS SLOW LOWER YOUR REFRESH RATE TO 24HZ OR ANYTHING LOWER THAN 60 HZ IF GAME IS STUTTER THEN ENABLE VSYNC INGAME TO GET THAT FRAME RATE U SET IN WINDOWS. I played in 24 1080p no problem this is hd resoultutionLook it up on google. if u want higher frps change to a higher one in windows
