Will I be able to run it?

I'm sorry but I can't say that either. And the fact that I can run it now doesn't mean I'll be able to run it next month. :)

You msot likely won't be able to run it (smoothly) on ultra....or any (recent) game at ultra with that set-up for that matter, especially at a higher resolution (1920 x 1080).

I have an overclocked 750 ti, I've been able to run Battlefield 4, FIFA 15 and JC2 (and other next gen games) at a stable 60 fps

You have a laptop with a GT card. The GT line of Nvidia GPUs are not made for gaming, their role is desktop rendering and HD video playback.

You'll need a GTX GPU to play video games.

I know :/. But I can max out JC2 so I hope I can run JC3 on atleast low settings

Avalanche Engine is THE engine for open-world games imho (other than Snowdrop but that is to be seen).

Never had a problem running The Hunter or JC2. Even on a GTX 470, 6GB, quad 64bit, AMD Athlon II procs, at 2560x1440. Smooth framerates all around. Expecting the new iteration of the engine to run just fine.
