Caught 'Em All Achievement Bug

So I have 47/47 Garage Blueprints but I still didn't get the Achievement so I looked it up on YT and apparently there are 49 total Vehicles that you need to deliver, then I checked my own list and I'm missing Pavouk-15 and Minnow Fishing Boat in my Garage Blueprints.

Pavouk is unlocked in Rebel Drop, I can't deliver it to a Garage coz I get told that I need to liberate Cava Grande Secunde even though I've liberated ALL the Settlements and everything else that can be liberated.
