Its not bad, but Im kind of dissapointed he doesnt sound latin (spanish latin-america) like before. Why did they decide to change his accent? This time he sounds more european. (He looks cooler this time around though).

Well he sounded latin american in the first 2 games and ...

He was born on January 25, 1968 in Mexico. It has been stated (at the official Just Cause facebook page) that he grew up in Medici, but was not born there. Medici is said to be his mother's homeland. It has also been said that it's Rico's homeland. According to an interview with the game director, Ricos parents were killed in action, when Rico escaped the coup in Medici.

I guess they could go either way with accent with the excuse that his parents were from Medici even though he was born in Mexico. Its just sounds strange after sounding latin american in the first 2 games. I will play the game either way.

It doesn't really sound like the one line Rico said in the Nerd3 video. Maybe Petrao can tell us if this is his voice or not. Either way this video is weird. No context, no mention of it by the JC team on their YT or FB, not even a mention of it on the GameSpot website section for JC3 that's linked in the video description.
