Don't need it? what about running around military bases and evading enemy fire? It's silly to think you don't need it. You didn't technically need it in JC2 but it's nice for sprinting around small areas.
That is where grapple comes in. Aim at the ground, the top of structure, etc way in front of you, hit grapple and he moves quickly to where you placed your grapple point.
Sprinting was....dumb. It seemed like you ran the same speed except the camera zoomed in a shook a lot.
It would be pointless.
You have grappling and there's probably still a roll button.
So, for everyone saying sprinting doesn't have a use, you clearly didn't take the head on approach to JC2, and aren't effected, great, bugger off. As for those like me that want it, it's not possible on PS4, but I think everyone who plays on PC would either be indifferent or thankful for a sprint mod.
