All missions completed, all towns and regions liberated, now what?
aside from collectables, which you can hop through the map to find with fast travel and I'm almost done with that ... wondering what more game play incentive i have as a player?

I can re-opress regions I guess and go through liberating them again, but seems the motivation/incentive is lacking in doing so!

stunts are fun, but with little reward at this point ...

I didn't feel this way with JC2, was harder to finish and took longer to liberate all towns... anybody else feels the same here?

I understand how you're feeling. I know what it is. I felt this way as well, then really looked at my numbers. When I got JC2 for pc (I played a bit on console, got it years later on PC) I decided to get 100% achievements. It only took 41 hours. I compare that, to now, I have finished the story, and liberated/collected about 90% of everything in JC3, and just now hit 45 hours.

tl;dr I feel like JC3 has an equal amount of content to JC2, if not just a bit more

I think that the game is over. No replay value at all. Just vast terrain.

yea JC2 felt more like a connected state, harder and longer to fight and clear, a bit more unique.. this just feels like it was not finished... feels smaller ... i miss the JC2 highways ... think i will start a new run on JC2, previously finished it on the console with 98.8% done.. I have at the moment no drive to do more than capture all the territory and beat the missions in JC3, I captured all the land before I finished the story, i decided to capture everything at once after the rebel set back missing that made me kill the 3 tanks.... really the super weapons were more annoying that stopping they all had terrible flaws.
Honestly the last boss battle was not much fin either, but thank god it was not another escort mission

There will probably be dlc content soon enough.

hopefully dlc will mean expansion on the campaign or more utilization of the mass landscape (that just seems bare at the moment) rather than colored weapons and flame parachutes

Just Cause 2 took me at least 50% longer to complete, but that's because of how long it took to find all the collectibles. I spent a lot of hours in Panau city for instance.

JC2 is horrid to get 100% in

also remmber JC2 has many villages that just had 2-3 crates and that was it so if you remove all of those villages id reckon both games have the same amount of content

I heard that you can reset bases when done with story missions and you can maybe get all the colectibles (wouldnt you want a golden Urga Mstitel?) And try to get all achievmients

whats the sense of bringing a game to 100% status, when you don't even have fun doing it?
I will play just cause 3 as long as i'm enjoying it.

The Mods made for just cause 2 were pretty awesome. (played jc2 for 170hrs)
i hope to see that for jc3!

Besides: I don't think there will be campaign DLC's. Maybe some stupid extra weapons and silly wingsuits.

the 3 DLC names seem to suggest bases of some kind

Petrao posted, as a copy from the store page on the Land air sea dlc, "new action-packed missions, new enemy types, weapons, gadgets and unique vehicles"
