can we reset the teleportation code when we wrong?

You don't need to, just start it again if you get it wrong.

Read the number on the floor next to the gate, Then add 1 to each number (so 0 is 1, 1 is 2 and so on) then, using switches 1-4 from left to right, type in the code.

The code at the gate is it's own adress. You need to put in the adress of another gate.
Known adressess are 032310 and 103013 or in code of the switches at the gates 143421 and 214124.
