[SOLVED] The "JET" aka "ESCORT" Mission (Rose)

How to do this? There are so many enemies approaching and they are faster than my jet. And the controls are really awful, too. Is there a trick?

Talking about the mission where you have to escort the airplane of rose or somehow.

SOLUTION: Thanks all. Deactivating "precision aiming" in the mods menu ingame helped.

The Jet u fly with can lock the enemie jets, so your rockets can find and kill them fast.
Just rotate your jet in there direction.

sometime it dosnt work, then u should restard the game and mission, then it should work :)

Hm okay, will try it next time, game just crashed like always -_-

My jet hasn't locked any enemy jets, guessing i got that bug, well as said, will try next time i start this piece of sh... game!

Turn off precision aiming perk. For some reason, precision aiming turns off the homing missiles. If you still can't shoot them down, you suck and need to practice flying. And please, search the forums next time, there's millions of threads like this.

Yes, i suck in flying, swimming, driving and walking dude. I can't even breathe air correctly!

So i have to turn off the perk only for this mission then?

Yeah, turn it off and restart JC3. Then try the mission again.

Odd, mine worked first time... I don't suppose you've tried in windowed mode? That's the only real difference I can think of. Mind you it could just be random bug, you're obviously having the problem and mine working doesn't change that.

I play in windowed mode already because avalanche still working on the patch (at least i hope). I will try the mission later today, without the "aim precisly" mod or whatever.
