Stuck before Electromagnetic Pulse mission...

Can't do it because it says I need to gain control of 2 more provinces, but I keep capping places, and it makes no sense...

Any tips or help?

There's three big regions in the game, and within each region there are provinces, then within each province are the bases and towns you liberate. So to control a whole province, you need to make sure all the towns and bases within that province are taken over. As you zoom out of the map, the provinces will show up. They are labeled by the big block letters.

I'm not really sure what your problem is.

The game tells you to gain control of 2 more provinces? Go and do that. The game is pretty much about liberating the provinces, doing challenges and exploring the world anyway. The story quest line is there but it's hardly the point of the game

back the map out and click on it, it will show you red and blue territories. Make them blue.

same thing happened to me i got every province in insula dracon and every province in insula fonte it still doesnt show up on my map
