Help please with Lacos Fortalessa and the propagana van!

I've completed every task whilst trying to liberate Lacos Fortalessa except one. It's the propaganda van one. I've destroyed it, driven it around but the final task never completes. Am I missing something here?! Is there something I'm supposed to do that I've not already tried? Please help - I'm desperate!

On the map, if you click on the icon of the city/military base, you get a list of what needs to be destroyed. Many policestations you need to create high enough caos to proceed, just keep shooting soldiers and stuff.

Can't remember Lacos Fortalessa right of my mind but will take a look at it later today.

Edit: If you destroyed everything on the list there should be nothing else, nothing special with propaganda vans, just blow them up.

Alas, I've destroyed a few and they just keep respawning. I've completed every other task needed to liberate the place - this is the first place I've tried to liberate that has the propaganda van icon. Everything else has been completed. It's doing my head in!

Ok, I'll take a look at the place later and let you know how it works for me.

Ok. checked out the place and there is nothing special there, you clearly hit a bug. That city should be just blow up everything on the list and that should give you the option to raise the flag as a final liberation act.

All I can think of suggesting is to try liberating another city or military base and then go back to Fortalessa and see if that reset things.
Could also be worth trying it (clearing another city) with every graphics option set to low or off just to lower the stress on the game and hardware, and to turn off every 'Gear Mods' (tab menu).

Other than that I can only see that you have to wait for a patch to fix the bug or to start a completely new game and hope that you don't happen on the same bug again.

Thanks to all whom replied. I fixed the problem - I just restarted the game then destroyed the van by conventional means. Must've just been a bug!

No problem but I thought you already tried restarting the game, always first thing to try. ;)
Someone said that fast traveling to another place and then back fixed the same problem for him/her, worth trying if it should happen again.

Oh, I did try restarting it in the end - it's just that I forgot to post how I'd solved the issue, hence the delay!
