Still missing a settlement?
Hi, so I've liberated every region on the map but apparently my liberation progress is still 99%? The settlement that still needs liberating is, according to the progress page, located in Insula Straite. Whats confusing is that I already received confirmation that I had liberated that whole region (and it appears blue on the map). Does anyone know where a hidden settlement might be?

Edit: It was a bug that now appears to be fixed

Are you sure about having liberated the region and not just a province? There are a couple of provinces that only consist of an enemy base and are very small. Also, perhaps one of those petrol plants at sea is missing or something

The entire map is blue and I've gone around looking for the oil rigs to no avail. I'm starting to wonder if this is some sort of bug.

The map tells me that I have liberated that entire region

however when I look here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=572230400
I am missing one location that I have yet to discover (despite having liberated the entire region)

I'm sorry to tell you that JC2 had a bug that didn't allow you to get 100%. I hope this is not a similar case. I'm at 96% myself

Yea I played JC2 to as far as you could go as well. Big nut for these sort of things and considering the size of this game compared to 2 I would have expected it to be fixed. Heres to hoping for a patch!

Have you finished the story line? If not it might be the volcano island on final mission

Yep, done with that as well. Onlything I haven't finished are the challenges and collectables which shouldn't have an impact on this.

In case anyone else has this issue, apparently it was just a bug and all I had to do was close the game and open it back up.

Edit: It appears that this is the case will 100%ing anything as I just 100% all collectables and had the same problem.

I have the same problem, main story done and all missions done but but 99%. One mission 57/58 Insula striate missing, but all misson are done? Weird.

Another player had this problem, it ended up that a church had not been visited and that was the undiscovered settlement neeeded to get to 100%. So maybe look for a church in the region that has 1 settlement left to be discovered.

As Alien Identity said, it might be a church. They can appear blue when You zoom in on the map but still be red dots as You zoom out. Check the churches.

Yeah, I got 100% like a month ago haha
It's definitely somethng like a church not visited or something minor, I think
