-Deciduous Forest
-Conniferous Forest
-Snowy Mountains
-Bavarium Fields
-(Tons of vacation spot shoreline, if that counts)
-Volcanic Ash
And yes there are caves. Ever been to that rebelion airbase at the bottom-left of map?
LIER! I SMART U DUM I NOW MAO BETR DAN U!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JC2 HAD MORE U ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ LIER ♥♥♥♥!!!!!!!!!!!
I think you got it right.
Though I can agree the landmass is smaller and biomes are limited because, for whatever reason, they wanted to take a more realistic approach to how the map was laid out, much of the combat and movement has been polished to a higher degree. The graphics and physics are great. There are still a handful of amazing places to visit. (The No-mans-land-esque border thrills me every time. Trains are great fun too.) Who really notices the lack of vehicles other than boats and planes? There's a ton and whats missing is just a number anyway; there's a vehicle for every situation. I have a midrange computer and load times are nothing I have to worry about. I have the game on steam and don't even know what Denuvo is because I've yet to lay eyes on it.
However, downsides can't be ignored. Handling for some vehicles (looking at you bikes) is horrendous. Anti-aliasing isn't great but can be fixed via 3rd party program. Disconnection is something I don't have a problem with but I understand how that could be a nuisance.
All in all, JC3 seems to have taken a less-intuitive approach but for whatever reason, I am having much more fun within this video game realm the devs have created.
Not sure if that's true or not but great point none the less.
