what gpu have u got? and do u have the latest driver installed for it? maybe your card doesnt support dx11? it would have to be a pretty old one now

i even checked dxdiag menu and it says that Direct3D is Enabeld, i don't know how to fix it. i am trying to reinstall the game now. if the error still happens, i'll say what it writes. it will take lots of time, so don't expect me to say it soon.

ok its finally reinstalled: Direct3D Error. thats the title. Your device does not seem to support Direct3D 11 feature set. Make sure you have the latest drivers installed, and that your graphics hardware is D3D11 compatible.

Just Cause 3 will now exit.
Any unsaved progress will be lost. that was the message. and i don't know how to fix it. please help

Jesus christ so many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ here.

You are having that error because your GPU is outdated and it does not support directx 11 application programming interface. The only way you can get the game up and running is by buying a new GPU which supports directx 11.

Any 900 series or 700 series gpu from nvidia
or any 200 series or 300 series from AMD (Even 7000 series support dx 11 but they are outdated and currently do not worth it)

You need a proper DirectX 11 graphics card from this decade, that means Nvidia 670+/760+/960+ or AMD 79XX/280+/380+

D-Sec beat me to it. If you do buy a new card, Just get one that supports DX12.

700 series will support DX12. I am not sure about the AMD tho. Never had an AMD card.

who your calling dumbsh*ts? plus, i can't reach the other side of earth to buy a new card, i live in Israel and another plus, my parents sure won't let me buy one. and before you ask, yes i am 11 years old that goes to school and lives with his parents so don't complain! :(

and maybe next time my father quits his job (that it would be the third time he does it) when he gets his new computer from his new job, maybe just maybe the card there would support Direct3D 12. and i wasn't even talking to DirectX, the error told me my graphic driver doesn't support Direct3D, not DirectX

http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/nvs_techspecs.html If you look on this chart, It specifically says 3100M & 2100M NVS chips do not support DX11. Sorry dude.
