Question about mod unlocks...

...do i need to 5 stars every challenge in order to unlock all the mods? or at least 3 stars are enough? i would really love to do them as fast as possible without retrying to get the maximum score, but i also wanna unlock the "fun stuff" that is all the way at the end of every challenge category....

You won't need 5 gears in all challenges for mod unlocks, i think you'll need about 75%

I have all the Plane Mods but I don't have 5 gears in all of the air races, so you don't need a perfect 5 to unlock them all.

tnx, that's a relief...i'm really forcing myself through most of them, just for the mod...i wish the devs were inspired by the red faction guerrila way of doing side quests instead of racing through rings...i real shame considering the potential of this game imho

Oh they're miserable. Especially for me cause I'm OCD and have to 5 gear them.

some of the mods will help u do better in some of the challanges. so my tatic is just to try challange and get 2-3 stars, then go back for 5 star later if i didnt get it 1st go. seems to work out well so far
