monitoring system?
I'm trying to liberate a place called Babica and all I have left is a "monitoring system" consisting of 3 monitors. Only I can't find anything. Any ideas what exactly I am looking for here?

They are on the rooftops. They are radar-like things, and once you disable one of them, you will have a certain time window to disable all.

They look like a pole, with a little radar thing sitting on top. Found on rooftops.

They also glow red, easier to spot at night :)
