not saving games at all

I have windows 10 and every time I play all my progress is lost as soon as I exit the game!! The save games folder has a load of text files which are all updated during gameplay, but as soon as I launch the game it just goes right back to the start. Checkpoints are saved DURING the game, so I go back to the correct point when I'm killed, but there's no option to resume game when I launch the game fresh. I just have a Start button which goes back to the beginning of the game. What's going on? Am I missing something?

Have you run the game as an admin? It helped some people

This is a common Win10 issue. This fix has done the trick for me on every game I had issues with.

It does not work for me when I run JustCause3.exe in admin.

Another Windows 10 issues!!

I have other games that do this and the admin thing doesn't work for me either.

Would it help if you run the game compatible to win8 on win10? I didn't try it since I don't have win10 so maybe launching the game as Administrator and compatible to win8 would help.

Yeah they need to add a quicksave option then because it's an issue and I think it has something to do with win10
