how do you call in the rebels?

One of the first missions in where you liberate a starting town, and the only thing left to do is to "Call in the rebels"

I was having audio issues at first but got it straightened out and I didn't hear the explanation. How does one do this?

I'm not sure how to do this either. Not sure it was ever explained.

in some of the lets play video i was watching, it appears you need to raise some kind of gate in a police station

i think im stuck at that mission also, they one where the games asks to go in the comm center or what ever its called? then you cant select anything on the map?

This is apparently the way to do it. Gotta open the gates of the station.

There is a junction box at the gates. When you are close it will have a tiny white marker on top of it. Thats how you do it. They really need to make the markers more visible and visible from further away like the yellow destination markers. Thats a big problem with the game you don't know exactly where to go or what to do to complete things...

I found that if your in a car or something like that and honk your horn around rebels they will join you

I am stuck here too - I opened the gate and have destroyed all the town objectives and my mission progress bar is solid white but stuck on the words "CALL IN THE REBELS 1/2" as if there is still an objective I am missing somewhere. The police station is empty but every couple minutes more reinforcements show up. I don't know what is left to do to end this mission

oooof! Yes there were - THANK YOU! This game is my first foray into Just Cause franchise. I've been on a Far Cry kick lately and they are similar enough that the differences are really slowing me down.
