99% liberation
i have 99% liberation.. in the stats it says there is 13/13 provinces liberated in Isula Striate, yet it says that there is only 57/58 settlements. What? where is the last one/ how do I unlock it? Please help!

For me, the one that got bugged was the one to the north of Citate Di Ravello. Verify your game cache, and see if something changes.

Some other players had this problem. Churches are called settlements. So you might have missed a church in the Isula Striate region. The church might have a red dot on it when the map is viewed fully zoomed out.
