Stuck at 99% Liberation
i destroyed all the bases, capitals, and cities and every province blue, but it says, 99% liberation and 129/130 settlement discovered, even though i took over everything. is this a glitch?

it was a chuch i have not discovered. i found it and now liberation is at 100%

Damn, I am having the same issue 129/130 settlement discovered.
How did you find the church? Did you just fly around the island and find it by pure luck?

found it just with pure luck lol. i dont really play that game anymore, and this thread is very dead.
