Okay, I'm gonna solve this problem once and for-all. Rico was born in Mexico, his mother was born in Medici, and it's unknown where his father's from, but I'm gonna assume Mexico. When Rico was really young, his family moved to Medici, where Rico grew up. Rico's parents were KIA at the start of the revolution against Di Ravello, and Rico joined The Agency at age 18. There's the whole story(Mostly). Now, this is what happened, but I'm confused about his accents changing in each game. JC1, he had a Mexican-Spanish accent, JC2, he had a Spanish accent, and JC3, he has an Italian accent.
