Can't find propaganda fan in lantuina
I'm in the little city called ''Lantuina''. And all I have to do to liberate is find the god dang propaganda fan, but I can't find it... please help! <3

EDIT: it suddenly spawned in, so I don't need help anymore!

open the map it should show up if its the last chaos object

Propaganda fans don't show up because they move... :/

For future reference for anyone who might have this issue: reload your game. Sometimes they despawn and do not show up.
