Any Logic Behind Leaderboard Percentages?
For the "Land Ho" feat, I recently achieved a 2405m distance travelled on land with a boat. This is a ridiculously high number that you can only get by rebel dropping a boat to the top of a mountain and riding it down. My record is with a Squallo, but I've ridden a Corvette 1200m down a mountainside - and why not?

I'm number 1 on my local leaderboard, over 1400m higher than number 2. Yet the game reports that my feat is better than only 5% of players globally. Further, the bottom placed entrant, with a distance travelled of 18m, is reported as being better than 9% of all players. Is this percentage stat broken or am I missing something?

It's the same way for me. My theory is that Avalanche calculated some of the feats' percentages BACKWARDS, i. e. 'better than 5% of all players' would mean 'in the best 5% of all players' or 'better than 95% of all players.' It could have been a simple mistake, not having the game calculate the remaining percentage out of 100 and just displaying the raw number.

Do you see any logic here: Why Leaderboard with a Cheat (Modification)? How is that possible?

I have All Rebel Drop vessels and Gear mod, all unlocked and i can crash with that every high score owned by my friends. This game, have no anti cheat protection. A Cheats are allowed and this is not fair toward other players.

A Leadboards is nonsense.

I don't think that's the case. Otherwise, the last place entrant on my leaderboard for this same feat (with 18m travel distance) should have a percentage in the high 90's instead of the 9% currently assigned.

Then I don't know. If that's not it, then I suppose I guessed wrong.

My theory is that your percentage score is global, whereas your numerical ranking on the leaderboard only includes friends/other randoms in your area/region/etc.

Following that statement there is no correlation possible between the two KPIs if you will.
