Won't Download/Install
I've restarted Steam and my PC, installed other games (so it's not steam completely) and consulted google and still nothing, it says creating local game cache files then after 5 minutes pops up saying Just Cause 3 failed to install (Connection Time Out) my internet is fine so is steam since I downloaded another game... tried switching to all different servers in Europe.. still nothing!

The solution for this, I'm afraid, is that you'll need to untick all DLC by right clicking the game > properties > DLC. You should then be able to download it. Specifically, I believe Sky Fortress is what breaks the download right now.

That's the only reason I'm going to play it.. whats with the broken DLC? sort of backs up my complaint that this is a failed game from a failed developer lol
