The game doesn't run properly with just 4GB.

8GB is the minimum.

I have 8 GB and an HDD and it's unplayable. Framerate drops to single digits every time you move te camera abruptly after playing for like 10 minutes.

You also need to have a good CPU and GPU, this isn't minecraft.
