I'm in Citate Di Ravello and have been looking for the last propaganda van to destroy for about 30 mins! I cannot find it! any suggestions?

known bug,

i googled the fix

i think it was restarting the game, not causing any damage until the van appears. i think also you had to fast travel to the city, wait till you see the van (like 20 seconds) but not causing any damage just being quiet. kill van then let loose

some sort of spawn in glitch

What do you mean by this? What kind of damage etc. and do I need to restart the entire story?

no just reboot the game, fast travel to that city and dont touch anything till the van spawns in

not restart your save, just exit come back in, head for ravello city and wait for van instead of entering city guns blazing..
