Modify Rico's health?

I find the game way too easy, as Rico is a bullet sponge. Does someone know what file i need to find to modify his HP value?
There's a mod online but it makes you die in 2 shots which is utter bs...

just cause 3 is not made to be hard. simply decreasing the health is just gonna make the game unfair instead of an actual difficult experience
