Bavarium wingsuit / jetpack kinda breaks the game...

I bought this game will all DLC included on Xbox, and didn't even really take a close look at the DLC, so I did the sky fortress mission thinking it was part of the main game and not knowing it was a DLC. Now I have a super overpowered bavarium jetpack (especially after getting all the upgrade gears) that also made the upgrades I made to the original wingsuit, like being able to brake and put away the suit midair, irrelevant.

I did like the Sky Fortress mission itself, though, and using the jetpack did make gathering all the remaining collectibles in the first major region much quicker, but I think I'll be turning off the jetpack from here on out now that I know you can from searching the forums. I've also only used the DLC mech a couple of times due to how ridiculously overpowered it is.

I know this game isn't super serious or challenging, considering that you don't usually lose progress when you die (and Rico is blatantly superhuman), but it is a little odd getting access to super overpowered stuff pretty early into the game just 'cause I bought the game with all its DLC bundled in.

At the main menu, in options, there is a section called "downloadable content." In that section, there should be an option to change your parachute and wingsuit.

You can do this at any point in the game, so if you wanna switch back and forth, you can. You can even change while using the wingsuit/parachute, and the change won't break the game.

Oh and future reference, any mission with a 2nd icon in it is part of the DLCs.

Thanks. I hadn't known what exactly those mission icons were trying to tell me. Yeah, I had read earlier that you can turn the wingsuit off, which I'm grateful for.

I love it, actually, jus coz u can fly around, take in the scenery, an da missiles r pretty powerful.. meh jus add's a extra dimension.. I use the JP to boost my self up, to open parachute, an carpet bomb the NPC'S
