From Just Cause 4 opening custcene you can see that medici is in between Ittaly and greece in the eastern part of mediterranean sea, but from the coordinates from just cause 3 map that appear at the bottom of the HUD if map is opened when they are pluged into the google maps they apear to be between sardinia and Balearic Islands (here are the coords if someone wants to see where exaclly is the medici by standards of jc3:N40 44.801 E5 37.479)

If you want to use the coordinates:

San Espirito is located about 200 miles east from from Antigua and Barbuda.

Panau is located about 75 miles from the southern tip of Thailand in the south south-eastern area of the Gulf of Thailand bordering the South China Sea and North of Kota Bharu, Malaysia.

Medici is located in the western Mediterranean within the Sea of Sardinia, The islands themselves align along the north west tip of Sardinia, Stintino and is directly west. If you looked at Minorca and look north-East from Punta Codolar and meet them in the middle, that's where Medici is.

Solis is located between the Galapagos islands and Ecuador, more towards the island of San Cristobal just under the equator, but roughly half way between both.
