Every time I start up the game Sheldon calls saying he needs me to meet him for BIG STUFF and come as ""pronto" as I can. I do not get any coordinates and nothing happens, what do i need to do?

IIRC, open the map and you'll see a yellow bulls head go there.

The only mission I have available is "The Setup"

I presume you own the Sky Fortress DLC. Sheldon is talking about a crash site in Insula Striate in the Val de Mar region, the icon is a yellow bulls head like upcoast said, but with wings.

It's annoying you have to hear that each time you start the game. It's the same with the other DLC missions.
