I changed pc about some weeks ago, and when i downloaded jc3 again on the new computer, i did not have my old save? I thought the game saved the file in the clouds or something.. Please help! :2016popsicle:

Ha nope. Just Cause 3 does not use cloud saving. I'm sure you could get a save from someone who is similarily far along. It's too late now, but never count on games using cloud saving. Check before formatting or switching computers

I lost 19 hours of gameplay, I think it was because my computer randomly restarted saying "sorry there is a problem restarting your PC" then when it restarted I booted up JC3 and my save files were gone, anyone know how to fix this?

The file should still be there at documents / square enix / Just Cause 3 / saves. Back up any folders with random numbers for a name and play the game until you get through the first mission, then quit. It should create a new random-named folder. Copy the contents of the old into the new and it should transfer over.

Note -- the save could be contained in OneDrive / square enix / Just Cause 3 / saves depending on how your OS is set up
