If it's on sale it's worth the few extra bucks even though the DLC cutscenes and music are super low budget. Unfortunately the missions are really short and don't provide enough post-game content to keep you satisfied. You also don't get much opportunity to use the new weapons and vehicles you get if you've already conquered Medici. You can always re-oppress locations but it's not the same.
